Under his visionary leadership, Sivadinesh & Co. has grown from a boutique practice in New Delhi to a multi-office firm with an international presence. His philosophy of combining technical rigour with practical commercial advice remains the cornerstone of the firm's approach.

She has built and leads the firm's renowned international practice, serving clients from the United Kingdom, United States, Japan, Korea, and other major economies. Her deep understanding of both Indian and international tax treaties has helped multinational clients optimise their India operations while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
CA Priya Sivadinesh is instrumental in the firm's expansion into Asia-Pacific markets and oversees the Shanghai office operations, strengthening the Indo-China business advisory corridor.
