Founder & Managing Partner
CA Sivadinesh
CA Sivadinesh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and the visionary founder of Sivadinesh & Co. With over 25 years of distinguished professional experience, he has built a practice renowned for its depth of expertise in corporate law, direct and indirect taxation, and cross-border business advisory.
His career began with intensive training in some of India's most respected CA firms, where he developed a rigorous approach to audit and taxation that would become the hallmark of his own practice. In 1999, he founded Sivadinesh & Co. in New Delhi with a clear vision: to create a firm that could offer the technical sophistication of a Big Four practice with the personal attention and responsiveness of a boutique advisory.

As Managing Director, she leads the firm's international practice and oversees the strategic direction of the firm's global expansion.

She has built deep and lasting relationships with clients from the United Kingdom, United States of America, Japan, Republic of Korea, and several European nations, earning their trust through technical excellence and unwavering personal commitment.
